How does Cialis work?

Cialis prescribed to treat male impotence. It is essentially a drug administered to those who have erectile dysfunction (ED). Cialis works by expanding blood vessels in the penis, and paving the way for increased inflow of blood to the penis which is much needed for an erection. The medication will cause an erection only if it is accompanied by sexual stimulation and excitement. It is not effective in the absence of sexual arousal and does not add to sexual desire.

How should I take the product?

You need to take one Cialis tablet before sexual activity, with or without food. Determining the ideal time for drug consumption depends on how and when Cialis works for you. Reports suggest that some men have been able to attain an erection half an hour after taking it. Yet there are others who have been able to wait up to 36 hours before having engaged in sexual activity. In case you miss your dose do not take two doses together and never more than once a day.
