| Shipping and delivering your order |
Our products are manufactured from India. For expediency, they are shipped directly from there, too. Delivery may take some time but our best efforts enabled us to reduce lead times from ten to seventeen days only compared to other month-long delivery processes. We are not liable for unforeseen delays, though.
If after the set lead-time you still have not received your order, make sure to contact us immediately. You deserve nothing less than our full attention and assistance in this case. We’ll exert all efforts to assist in tracking your order.

Note our order cancellation policies and procedures.
We will allow you to change your mind and cancel your order if we get that cancellation within 24 hours after you’ve submitted your order. You may cancel your order by phone or email using the Contact information we’ve provided in our site. Our customer support team will be glad to assist you. Note though that this is a fair policy already and we will be sorry not to process your cancellation if you make it after the 24-hour deadline.

Our products go through the most rigid tests and studies to ensure their best quality and efficacy comparative to their branded counterparts. We guarantee these products and assure you of the highest standards in their manufacture, packaging, and delivery.
Different people react variedly to different medications. You may be one of them who feel you are not satisfied with our products. Do contact us so we can talk about your problem. You will be provided with a return address so you can send us the remaining products. As soon as we received the returned goods, the refund process will start.
However, we would not want you to be on the losing end of the bargain. Why were dissatisfied in the first place? Did you take the recommended dosage? Did you follow the instructions for use to the letter? Don’t you have any other existing conditions that may have affected the efficacy of the product? Have you been careful in mixing or not mixing or combining our product with other products, drugs, or substances?
Answering these questions candidly can help you evaluate if indeed our products are not to your liking.
For deliveries that never made it to your doorstep, take note of the following. First, determine the lead days: if we say 10 to 17 days, allow for the maximum 17 days first. If we say the probability of delay in your area is high, allow for another 5 days on top of the 17 days. If after both lead times have lapsed and you still haven’t received your order, call our customer support team at the contact information we provided in our website, whether by phone or via email, to discuss refund possibilities. After the usual validations, we shall refund your payment in full to be credited to your credit card. Give or take five to seven working days, your refund will be fully credited and reflected in your credit card statement.
