Generic Kamagra |
Kamagra is a generic Viagra or sildenafil drug used for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction.
Its uses are similar to Viagra or sildenafil and while the latter is available in pharmacies,
Kamagra is not in pharmacy stocks and available only online. As a generic drug, Kamagra has
been proven safe like its branded counterpart and is at the same time cheaper.
It has been proven to be as effective as branded Viagra as it (Kamagra) underwent the same
tests and quality assurance processes.
Efficacy and effectiveness are deemed the same; the differences with branded Viagra lie only in price (due to the more inexpensive way of generic advertising and promotion), labeling and packaging, drug color and shape, and sometimes flavor.

How does Kamagra work? |
Kamagra works along the same principle as Viagra or like a PDE inhibitor. The effect of the drug is to allow for an increased and consistent inflow of blood to the penile blood vessels during sexual arousal or stimulation. The inflow and retention of blood in the penile blood vessels and sacs allow for the attainment and maintenance of an erection.
This drug is able to help in the attainment and maintenance of male erection due to its physiologic effects on the penile corpus cavernosum. The drug helps increase cyclic guanosine monophosphate which helps relax the muscles and blood cells of the corpus cavernosum. This allows for increase inflow and retention of blood in the penile area that results in achieving and maintaining an erection.

How should I take the product? |
The recommended dosage for Kamagra is at 50 milligrams which is taken as needed, as when you are about to engage in sexual activity, at least an hour before such activity to help in sexual stimulation and achieving penile erection. Taking Kamagra four hours before sexual activity, but no more than 4 hours, is allowed. Taken orally in tablet form, Kamagra is taken only once a day in the maximum recommended dose of up to 100 milligrams.
It is possible to overdose on Kamagra by completely ignoring maximum recommended doses without doctor’s advice. This poses a lot of risks to the taker of the drug. In case of an overdose, where sometimes poisoning symptoms are experienced, you should immediately seek emergency medical assistance.
As earlier mentioned, Kamagra is not regularly taken except when it is needed, that is, prior to sexual activity. Thus, it is not at all possible for you to miss a dose, as there are no prescribed frequencies or timing for taking the drug. You only need to ensure that you do not overdose.

Precautions |
|
As in the case of the branded Viagra or any other medication, certain precautionary measures and information must be taken and relayed prior to the use of Kamagra. You should inform your doctor of your medical history or experience about certain medical conditions particularly hypertension, low blood pressure, certain tumors or cancers, eye conditions or disorders, anemia and other blood cell problems, penile disorders, and allergic reactions to various drugs or substances.
If you have had an experience or history of allergic reaction to sildenafil, Kamagra is not recommended for your use. You should take special note and advice your doctor if you are using other medications containing nitrates and other drugs that are anti-anginal. In such case, your doctor will be in the best position to determine whether or not you can use Kamagra.
As an erectile dysfunction treatment, Kamagra should not be confused as a birth control drug as it will not prevent pregnancy. This drug will also not protect you from any sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, AIDS, gonorrhea or syphilis. Take proper precautions for safe sex when engaging in sexual activities outside your normal preferred partners’ circle. Again as an ED drug, Kamagra is not for use of the females, particularly pregnant women or those who recently gave birth and are breast-feeding.

Other side effects may be indications of more adverse, dangerous reaction to the drug, including vision problems or even vision loss, dizziness or even fainting spells. In such case, make sure you or a relative of yours is advised to take you for immediate medical attention.
