Are your medications branded?
No; all the medications that you will find in our site are generic.

What is generic?
Generics are drugs that are named after the active ingredient in the drug. A branded medication gets the brand name when the manufacturer applies for a patent for the brand.

How do generic drugs differ from the branded ones?
Not much difference, except in the size or shape or color of the drugs, and in the name, of course. But the main ingredient for the drug is the same so that you get the same efficacy from a generic drug, without the attendant usual high cost of the branded ones.

How can generics be priced less than the branded ones?

I want to order online; how do I do that exactly?
Well, we’ve lined up the steps for you so you don’t get lost.
Step 1: you choose the product you want. Then click the “Buy Now” button on your screen.
Step 2: Make up your mind how many pills you want to buy from us.
Step 3: Click the “Checkout” button.
Step 4: Do you see the form on your screen? Fill in all the required order information as you see them.
Step 5: Did you check all the fields and quantities required? If you did, click on the “Submit” button.
Step 6: Wait to see if your order has been accepted. If it was, you will see a notification on your screen saying that the order has been received and a confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address that you specified when you started the online ordering process. If you do not receive the confirmation message through your email box, tell us as soon as possible so we can re-send the confirmation.

How do I pay for my orders?
You can do it through any of the following payment options: 1) through any major credit card; 2) via telegraphic or wire transfers with your bank; 3) through check payment.
You can also do it through e-gold or e-check payments; these are electronic gold or current account currencies that we have commissioned for your easy online payment to allow for money transfers at your convenience and security. To open your e-gold or e-check accounts simply click on the tabs for them and we will guide you through the process. As to funding them, PayPal is a cinch for the process and again we can assist you on opening these accounts for your convenience.

What if I opt for wire transfers?
Just follow the instructions on-screen and fill in your order and submit it. Then wait for the confirmation and send the wire addresses required within two days upon your placing the order. In about three to five days we will have received your wired payment and delivery will be sent out.

If I pay by credit card, am I safe?
Of course you are! We protect your information as we are dead-serious in taking your security seriously for obvious reasons. That’s why we have the secure-order page where your credit card information are encrypted for your maximum protection.

Don’t I get a discount?
You will, you will! With your repeat orders, you get a coupon every time. These coupons entitle you to discounts of varying levels. Just make sure you fill up the discount coupons every time.

Do you deliver to my place directly?
We deliver worldwide to practically all countries, except for some particular Asian countries.

Where do your products come from?
They are made in India. Orders are processed and shipped directly from India, too, for expediency.

I don’t want this order to be known in my neighborhood.
Yes, we value your privacy that’s why all deliveries are highly confidential. Packages are discreet and your next-door neighbor won’t even suspect the package is a medical one.

How long do I have to wait?
We have stocks ready for instant delivery of your online order. After the usual verification and checking processes, the shipping information and all, we immediately package the products for shipping and delivery. Two days tops and your order is on its way.

How do you deliver?
Would you like to receive them via courier? We will advice you of the tracking number accordingly. Or would you prefer standard airmail?

Can you give me an idea of the rates?
Well, they depend on how you want them delivered. Courier service rates are around US$50 with a lead time of five to seven days while international airmails are around US$10 for a ten to twenty one day lead time for the delivery to arrive. Don’t use a P.O. box number if you opt for courier delivery. Include an accurate phone number, too.

What about customs and everything?
No reason to be delayed at customs, although in the rare instance this may occur, they simply ask for your permission to inspect the parcel. We can assist you on this if ever you encounter this highly unusual problem.

My package is missing; what do I do?
Call us and our customer support team will go the ends of the world to find your package.

Again call us for customer support; we would not want you to be disappointed.

You can call our customer support group or you can check out our website. Remember that when you placed your order, you already have your own account section with us. You simply log on, input your order details and other required information for verification, and you can have the delivery tracked online.

I gave the wrong address before; what do I do?
Simple; in your account section, you simple cancel the order and give us a valid reason. Then change the delivery or shipping details and information.
